How our agents read a research report
Claims, not summaries: what the agents take from a report, and what they leave behind.
A summary tells you what a report says. It does not tell you whether to believe it. Our agents do something different: they pull out the individual claims that could move prices, and keep each one tied to the page it came from.
A claim is a statement that can be checked. "Rate cuts will favour small caps over the next two quarters" is a claim. "We remain constructive" is not, and the agents skip it.
Once a report has been turned into claims, each one can be tested on its own. That is where backtesting comes in.
